I gladly accept returns and exchanges providing you contact me within 7 days of delivery and dispatch them back to me safely wrapped to avoid breakages within 14 days.
Items will not be refunded if they have been lit or tampered with.
I will not be responsible for any items that were delivered to you safely, and are received back for refund broken or damaged. Your items must be returned Royal Mail tracked and signed at your cost.
I don't accept cancellations- however please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or personalised orders
